Having the most current GPS data flowing through your Vyncs account ensures precise real-time tracking, efficient routing, and accurate alerts. Here\’s how to make sure your Vyncs map stays up-to-date:

1. Choose the Right Vyncs Plan for Real-Time Updates

• The Basic 4G+, Premium 4G+, and Fleet 4G+ plans sample GPS every 60 seconds, sending data every 3 minutes.

• For more frequent updates (every 20 seconds) and auto-refreshing maps, upgrade to Vyncs Pro 4G+ or opt into the 30‑ or 15‑second GPS sampling upgrade 

2. Add the “Live Map Auto‑Refresh” Feature

• This feature ensures your map view refreshes automatically as new data arrives:

  • Included with Vyncs Pro 4G+.

  • Available as an optional extra for Basic/Premium/Fleet plans 

3. Enable the GPS Upgrade

• Within your account dashboard, add one of the GPS sampling upgrades to increase the frequency:

  • 60‑second, 30‑second, or 15‑second sampling options are available 

4. Confirm in Account Settings

• Log in to the Vyncs web dashboard or mobile app.

• Go to Device Settings to verify your plan level and ensure the Live Map Auto‑Refresh and GPS upgrade are active.
