Download the EasyBackup plugin, install it, choice the option to do your backup and press "Lets do it"  and done!
Now you have your backup!!!

Download only images .- Download all the images found in the uploads folder of your project.

Download Full Project.-  Download all files found in your project.

Download Database.- Download the database of your project.
