Add a shortcode to check if user is logged in. 

== Description ==
Add a shortcode to check if user is logged in and allow the user to put in text in either case. This is best for conditional messages in the back end where the visual composers that have these features are not allowed. Case examples: purchase restricted items checking if logged in to show either a log in link, or a the "must purchase" links; Error messages to show different messages for users and non users; any other example where the message given to the user is controlled in an area that cannot utilize the visual composers/drag and drop systems that have the log in check widgets and options.
